Bernard and Unified Roofing were awesome to work with. I've heard horror stories about other roofing companies and their crews damaging properties and not wanting to fix what they broke. Not Unified Roofing!! Bernard was great to work with from the very beginning. He showed me pictures from on top of my roof of all the wind damage and missing shingles and explained to me exactly what was going on with my roof. He was prompt, polite and professional. He made sure I completely understood everything that was going to happen in the process. He assured me he had a quality assurance guy that would be on site during the work, Bernard also walked the property personally with me after all the work was done to make sure I was satisfied and answer any questions I may of had. The crew showed up shortly before their scheduled time of 7am and was done before 2pm with a complete removal and installation of a new roof. My yard and driveway were cleaned very well after all work was completed.You'd never know they were there. Unified Roofing, great company to work with...I highly recommend them.
Had a wonderful experience. Jessie was a delight to work with. Jessie was very helpful as this was our first time in changing our roofing, answering all of our questions throughly and promptly. Everything was smooth sailing because of her. The crew working on the roof were very quick and also did a very good job. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of having their roof replaced or repaired.
Bernard was very easy to work with. He always got back with me right away and kept me informed of the next step in the process. His crew was very nice and polite. They did an awesome job cleaning up everything from my yard. There was no evidence of getting a new roof in my yard, like the previous company we used. Our new roof looks great too!
