I met with James after a hail storm and he found enough damage to warrant a new roof. A week later he met with our insurance adjuster and the adjuster agreed. The replacement went great. All of our extensive landscaping was protected and all roofing debris including nails were picked up and removed. The building inspector inspected the roof and told me Unified Roofing did a great job he found no issues and wished all roofing companies were this good, it would make his job easier. For 5 yrs I have complained about roof damage to my insurance company....to no avail. I met Vince Garcia and related my story. I told him that I didn't think the Insurance company, which had a reputation for rejecting roof claims, would approve. He told me to let him give it a try. I agreed. He went over my roof with a fine tooth comb, sent his detailed report in and it was APPROVED! James Bonds, the manager, came to my home, we selected our shingles, and he advised that his crew would start early on the following Monday. The crew started at 0615 and was completely finished including repairs, in 1.5 days. It is beautiful. Many thanks to United!!

I recommend James Bonds. I met James when he was working on the replacement of a neighbor roof. James inspected my roof and found hail damage. I did not decide to change the roof at that time; then I noticed a leak from the roof. A claim with the insurance was opened. I called three roof companies; James and Unified Roofing were the best company of my choice. Two days after the insurance approved the roof replacement. I signed a contract with James for the amount the insurance issued. The roof works started within 10 days after the contract was signed. It took 2 days for the roof to be replaced. I have been really impressed by the crew that James selected for the job. All the old shingles and nails were cleaned up and the new roof looks amazing. James has been honest with the cost of the roof and he did not increase the price once the roof was installed as many bad sub-contractors do. Overall you will get a great experience if you go with James.

Bernard and Unified Roofing were awesome to work with. I've heard horror stories about other roofing companies and their crews damaging properties and not wanting to fix what they broke. Not Unified Roofing!! Bernard was great to work with from the very beginning. He showed me pictures from on top of my roof of all the wind damage and missing shingles and explained to me exactly what was going on with my roof. He was prompt, polite and professional. He made sure I completely understood everything that was going to happen in the process. He assured me he had a quality assurance guy that would be on site during the work, Bernard also walked the property personally with me after all the work was done to make sure I was satisfied and answer any questions I may of had. The crew showed up shortly before their scheduled time of 7am and was done before 2pm with a complete removal and installation of a new roof. My yard and driveway were cleaned very well after all work was completed.You'd never know they were there. Unified Roofing, great company to work with...I highly recommend them.

Bernard Sullivan and his crew inspected our roof and found storm damage. He discussed with us the process and promptly handled all the negotiations with our insurance company. He was here when the insurance inspector arrived and communicated with us throughout the entire ordeal. We also had interior storm damage and downspout damage and Bernard oversaw that repair as well. I would highly recommend this company and especially Bernard Sullivan to do any roof or related job you might have. It didn’t hurt that he was a former Clemson Basketball player! He did not even need a ladder to get on the roof!! 🤣 Also during this COVID pandemic I felt they were respectful of us and had masks on when we interacted. My roof had hail damage and James Bonds provided professional guidance for with every step in the process. From contact with the insurance company, working with the inspector, selecting high quality materials and ordering them within the budget to providing a very experienced and hard working crew, and clean-up after the job. His communications were excellent. Its unusual to find a contractor who says what he will do and then exceeds your expectations at every step of the process. James did exactly that. The job had about 5800 square feet of roof to be replaced. The roofing crew did the tear-off, complete replacement and cleanup in 2 days, phenomenal! The roofers team led by Raphel had 11 people on the job, worked as a team, didn't take breaks and communicated at every step to explain what they were doing. Over the years I've had many contractors do work at my home but I can honestly say that Unified Roofing's James and Raphel, working together, completed this major job exceptionally well, at budget, with high quality materials, professionally, provided an outstanding finished appearance. and had great communications. Their work gave this large ranch a fresh, as-new exterior appearance and showplace character. I give Unified Roofing the highest recommendation possible in a roofing contractor base that has some bad actors.

We contacted Unified Roofing about replacing our roof based on previous storm damage. Marlin visited us and covered all the information needed to proceed. The insurance inspector notified us a day ahead of time that they would be there on Saturday, sometime between 8am and noon. Called Marlin and he showed up in front of our house before 8 and waited 2 1/2 hours for the guy to show. I felt bad for Marlin but he said it was just part of the job! We had great service from Unified. The house looks really good with the new shingles and rain spouts. They even came back and cleaned up any smudges on the siding. Marlin paid us a final visit afterwards to make sure we were happy with job. Great service and follow up. Well pleased with the overall experience. Thank you!

What a great experience! I've worked with a lot of crews on various projects. James did a great job overseeing all aspects of the job from start to finish. The turn around from meeting James to completion was very fast and seamless! Jame's crew lead by Selvin was very pleasant experience! Selvin was very friendly and the entire crew had a very positive attitude through out the day. As you can imagine working on a roof in the heat can be very tough. They all worked very hard, had a friendly attitude, and even sang at various points during the day. With a large roof there was a lot of waste and trash.
